The Process

The design and development process is routinely undergoing review to ensure it is streamlined and responsive to the needs of website owners. We always welcome feedback and appreciate our clients' willingness to engage and share their experiences.

Once you've chosen your template, you will get in touch with Universal Code via the Template Selection Form. With this form, you will be selecting the template of your choice, sharing your ideas, and providing your contact information and so we can arrange a Consultation Call.

During the Consultation Call, we will discuss your goals and our recommendations. There is no need to commit during this call, and we will not sell you on features you don't want. We will keep your information for up to 60 days, and when you decide to proceed you will complete the Onboarding Form.

You will be sharing your content using our Onboarding Form. We will be obtaining your organization's details, asking about your services, and requesting media and copy. A contract will be submitted for signature and payment arrangements will be made. 

Payments can be done in one bulk payment of $1,000 for the website and one year of hosting. If you would rather make monthly payments, your website and hosting costs would equal $100 per month for the first year, as $50 accounts for the website build payment. After one year, you will own the website and will choose to renew or migrate your website to another provider.

Once we have your brand information, we will adapt the template design to add custom colors, fonts, icons and more. Not only will we adapt your website's design, but we will provide Instagram templates and Handouts that match your branding.

Your website will be in development for up to a week, and then submitted for your review. This will be your opportunity to make changes and share your opinion, revisions may take another week to complete.

Approve your website and launch within 24 hours. You'll be hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) with our standard semi-managed care plan.
